Happy Tuesday!!

Boy what a Tuesday!!

Today my hubby had to have his DOT physical... he was a little worried, as if he didn't pass it, he'd loose his livelihood!  So, needless to say.. it was a little stressful!  Well, thank God..  he passed!  That's good news #1

The second great thing; someone has emailed us about another puppy!  So... we're saying some prayers that Cream Puff will have an awesome home... that's 2 down, and 3 to go!!  Here's our little Cream Puff!

She's a cutie... isn't she?! lol

and the third thing is... I think I've finally nailed down a PG Tips Monkey hat!!  My sister has a friend in England - whose son wants one... so hopefully... they'll like it!

Well, it's late, and I better close my eyes sometime today!

Thanks for listening!! :o)

Good Monday Morning!!

I'm not a morning person... and I don't really care for coffee all that much... so you can only imagine how happy I was that 30 minutes before I was supposed to get up... I get a text message from my son's school saying they have a 2 hour delay due to fog.  WOO HOO!!  and on a Monday to boot!!  what more could a girl ask for?  So... I snuggled up with my hubby for a few more ZzzZZzzz's!

That's gotta mean this is going to be an awesome day!!  It makes going in to talk to my son's Math teacher a little easier... He was given 104 Algebra problems... not just little problems, problems like: (5/3 - 1 + 1) x 7/4 x 2/3 divided by 1/4.  This is his typical 6th grade work.  I don't know what you all did in math in 6th grade, but that looks NOTHING like the work *I* did! lol  Anyway... I was good at math the first time around... I wasn't bad, the 2nd time (My oldest kids are 22, 22 and 20), but this time... I feel like I have continuous brain farts! lol

So... I was hoping that yesterday I could put up a picture of the German Shepherd Hat I made... but I just lost track of time... (Sundays are usually pretty busy, and this one was! lol)  I hope you don't mind, a day late!

The girl I made it for wanted it made to look like hers... so that's why he has the extra coloring on him...

Today the pattern that I've been testing should be released - if it is, I'll come back and give you a link!  (I'm sure it will be on sale for at least the first day!)  If you love Christmas... you're going to recognize this hat IMMEDIATELY!  a couple of my kids have even said they don't want me to sell the finished product, because it's so cute! (and it IS!)

Well, I guess that's all for now!  OH... unless you're looking for an XBox 360 with Kinect - and a WHOLE bunch of games, etc. because I have one for sale!

Thanks for listening!! <3

Happy Saturday!!  I'm busy today, putting the finishing touches on two German Shepherd Hats!  I made one a few months back... unfortunately, I didn't write up a pattern while I was going... SO... it's like starting from scratch! lol  (no, I'm not making the same mistake again! LOL)  I'm writing it up as I go along.. I'm really hoping that one day my patterns will be good enough to sell. :)  until then... I'll keep working on them!

Why so many German Shepherd hats, you say?   Well, I know a TON of other GSD owners - thanks to our Breeder, Rhonda Sellers... We bought our first 2 years ago... she was born on 9/11/10... we got her about 6 months after putting our first GSD down... Storm (our first) was a BIG part of the family... and left a huge hole when we had to put her down.  We knew that we would want another one, eventually... and I started looking around for a reputable breeder... (there's a LONG story about how Storm FOUND us - I'm sure I'll tell it someday! lol) because any new GSD would have HUGE paw prints to fill!  There were breeders literally 5 minutes from our house.. but after HOURS of telephone conversations, we ended up traveling about 2 1/2 hours to Butler, Ohio... to see Rhonda Sellers, and her *Omorrow German Shepherds*.  I know it was God that directed us... we prayed for a long time to find the right puppy... and we know we did... We met Allie when she was about 4 weeks old... she was SO little!  It was truly love at first sight... there were no questions about it... a few weeks later, we went back to pick her up... and we got WAY more than we ever expected... we got a whole PACK!  She has a facebook page (CLICK HERE to see!) where HUNDREDS of Omorrow owners keep in touch, share pictures and stories... she even has reunions AND calendars!  SO... if you're looking for your next FOREVER friend... please consider an Omorrow German Shepherd!

Here's my pair... Axel is on the left... he's about 7 1/2 months old in this picture... and Allie is standing behind him.  He's already about 4 or 5 inches taller than Allie (who is a little over 2 now).

Hopefully I'll be done with the hats tomorrow... I'll post a picture when I am!

Thanks for listening! :o)
